Associate Vice President
As the Associate Vice President - Sales, you will play a critical leadership role in driving sustained revenue growth and
strengthening market presence for our Human Capital Management (HCM) SaaS offerings. Leveraging over a decade
of experience in enterprise and B2B SaaS sales, you will define and lead the go-to-market strategy, build and mentor
high-performing sales teams, and oversee the end-to-end sales function--from strategic planning to execution.
This role requires a visionary yet hands-on sales leader with deep expertise in enterprise sales, a strong command of
value-based selling, and a proven track record of scaling revenue across complex, multi-industry environments. As a
key member of the senior leadership team, you will directly influence business growth, shape customer engagement
strategies, and align sales objectives with broader organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Ownership: Drive the overall sales strategy and execution to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
across enterprise and mid-market segments.
2. Enterprise Sales Leadership: Lead high-impact engagements with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders to position the
HCM solution as a strategic driver of digital and business transformation.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution: Architect and operationalize scalable, data-driven sales processes--spanning lead generation,
qualification, negotiation, and contract closure.
4. Pipeline Management: Build and scale a high-value sales pipeline through strategic outreach, relationship nurturing, and
effective partnership development.
5. Client Acquisition: Spearhead customer acquisition initiatives through personalized, consultative selling approaches
tailored to client-specific needs and challenges.
6. Sales Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a results-driven sales team while fostering a high-performance culture
aligned with organizational values and objectives.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product, marketing, customer success, and implementation teams to
ensure an integrated, seamless client journey and long-term account retention.
8. Sales Forecasting & Analytics: Utilize CRM and advanced analytics to deliver accurate sales forecasting, monitor
performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement through insights.
9. Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop: Serve as the voice of the customer, providing actionable market insights and
feedback to influence product development and strategic initiatives.
10. Executive Alignment & Strategic Input: Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales initiatives with organizational
goals and contribute to long-term business strategy and growth planning.
