JobSummary:

Responsible for supporting the Regional Monitoring function in evaluating operating effectiveness ofcontrols over Units adherence to regulations & Banks policies with regard to Core Regulatory (non-financialcrime) compliancetopics

JobResponsibilities:

• Plan and execute monitoring reviews to evaluate operating effectiveness of controls over localunit\'s adherencetoregulations&bankspolicies regardingcoreregulatory(non-financialcrime)compliancetopics.

• Conductemployeesbroker accountreconciliationinconnectionwithPersonalAccount Dealing
• Conductreconciliationofemployee attestations&declarationsinconnectionwithOutsideBusiness Interests.
• Deployuseofdataanalytics AND/or usertoolstoachieveefficienciesinmonitoringreviews
• Prepareissuereports,summarizingthefindings,rootcauseandproposeaction planstoremediatetheissue
• ConductvalidationofManagementActionPlansinconnectionwithreviewfindings
• Driveissuediscussionswithkeystakeholders.
• CollaboratewithrelevantstakeholdersacrosstheregionandgloballyapplicableonenhancementofMonitoringmethodologies.
• Maintain,design,refresh RegionalMonitoringScripts
• Identifyandescalate keyand/orsystemic risks/trends/redflags
• Tocloselyconsulteesrelevantsubject-matterexperts.
• Supportgeneralcomplianceactivitiesandother duties,includingspecial projectsasassigned.

• Bachelorsdegreeinanydiscipline.
• 10-13 years of Banking experience, with relevant 3-5 years of relevant experience in internalcontrol testing
• ProficientknowledgeofProcess,RiskandControls concepts
• Stronganalyticalskills tointerpretdataanddrawconclusions
• Proficiencyinissuewriting(i.e.articulateissues,rootcauses,andrecommendsolutions)
• Excellentinterpersonalskills anddealingwithexecutivesatalllevels
• Knowledgeinbankingproducts,APACbankingregulationscompliancesubjectsishighlydesirable
• Dataanalyticsskillsets(e.g.Alteryxandorother programmingknowledge)is highlydesirable
