  • As vertical head, to draw a liability vertical business plan for a period of 5 years, segmental bifurcations and team planning, team hiring and business development strategy.
  • ? As Vertical Head, the candidate shall Manage the liability vertical PAN India with P&L
  • Accountability for all liability products.
  • ? Top line /Initiatives to grow the business, Top line/Bottomline target achievement.
  • ? Developing and maintaining good working relationships with business associates,
  • which will include but not limited to insurance companies /Reinsurers.
  • ? Monitoring and reporting on performance against agreed sales targets, including
  • monitoring the performance of team members.
  • ? Producing marketing literature and website content.
  • Cross Vertical / Branch coordination
Responsibilities:

  • Growth: Work with the leadership team to help define a sound business growth
  • strategy. Focus on growing the liability book with profitability. Ensure the liability
  • business opens new business opportunities and expands Unilight's client positioning.
  • Solutions: Identifying & defining differentiated services and solutions for various
  • business segments.
  • Practice Management: Manage the liability team including their targets, mentoring,
  • career planning etc.
  • Partnerships: Work with the leadership team to nurture key ecosystem partnerships.
  • Branding: Leverage the above to help create a strong Unilight Market Positioning.

  • Experience of leading liability Vertical preferably in Broking Company
  • Good knowledge of the market across Liability Products
  • Experience in Liability Product Selling / Reinsurance and creating solutions for value- based pitches.
  • Proven track record in growing as well as sustaining and growing client account
  • revenues through new client acquisition.
  • Deep understanding of products, services, direct & reinsurance markets.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills
  • on the client side.
