Job Role:
- Proficiency in Investment Analysis, Market Review & Cash flow Analysis in screening the investment opportunities
- Interface for various stakeholders for legal, technical, finance, statutory diligences, valuation etc
- Drawing up & Evaluating Financial Models
- Sourcing and identifying potential real estate opportunities across asset classes and enhancing current relationships
- Structuring, Negotiating and documentation of potential investments
Qualification: MBA / CA
Experience : 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in areas such as real estate investment, Real Estate Financing / Reals Estate sector investment banking
