Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Integrated Project Management Leader (IPMO)!
In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for establishing, standardizing and governing project, program and portfolio management practices across the process. This role ensures alignment of projects with strategic objectives, drives consistency, optimizes resource utilization, and improves delivery performance.
Responsibilities
Work with the Customer Program Manager to manage and meet commitments, requirements and expectations concerning the performance of the Services
Work with the Supplier Transition Manager to ensure the successful transition of the Outsourced Functions to operational status
Make certain that all Service Levels are tracked and met during each Measurement Period
Understand how Supplier's performance requirements relate to Customer's business requirements and business objectives and educate Supplier Personnel on such dependencies
BC and DR plan tracking
Work with Customer to develop standard reporting and communication requirements between Supplier and Customer's organizations and personnel
Maintain operational compliance with the Contract
Coordinate integration of Supplier's service management processes and reporting of the Services with Customer's service management standards
Act as single point of accountability for senior management regarding portfolio health
Participate and run governance meetings - Daily, weekly and monthly
Joint ownership with stakeholders to prepare and review the content for various governance forums
Continuous Improvement lead/ Transformation roadmap oversight
Project management of day-to-day activities for any initiatives identified
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Finance or Information Systems. Master's degree will be a plus
Certification in Project Management will be an advantage and seen as a differentiator
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
PRINCE2 Practitioner for governance and control framework
total experience with at relevant years in large, cross-functional program management environment
Exposure to retail and consumer goods industry, and shared services environment is preferable
Ability to connect multiple cross-functional workstreams
Strong business acumen, ability to align functional and commercial outcomes
Comfortable in leveraging tools like PowerBI, Service Now, and other automation platforms for visibility and efficiency
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
