Insurance and NPS Key Deliverables: The objective of this job is to increase overall financial revenue of Insurance and NPS products, being generated from the set of B2B, B2C, Franchisee, HNI accounts mapped with the national level targets by means of:
Focus on business development of Insurance and NPS products to sustain and achieve growth in relationship value, revenues and improved client stickiness, on national level
Effectively manage P&L responsibility which involves monitoring the net income after expenses for the department with direct influence on how company resources are allocated
To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets through desired relationship management for HNI Sales and Cross Sales.
Drive sales campaigns to enhance revenue and increase product growth
To collaborate with stakeholders in managing the business activities of cross functional products and enhance revenue generation
Setting and monitoring sales objectives.
Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans.
Contributing to meeting sales targets
Keeping up-to-date with industry developments
Bargain strategic partnership with leading insurance companies
Drive innovation through differentiated product constructs
Manage all regulatory & compliance interaction with IRDA / Insurance companies & internal teams
Ensure compliance through regular process checks and audit scores
Effective resolution of customer queries and retention
Ensuring that team is well equipped with product / technical knowledge
To travel and do business planning on national level with the team & ensuring that it is executed as per the goals
Activation of new business partners and achieving business targets on a month-on-month basis
To ensure meeting the targets in terms of onboarding of business associates / clients / retention of clients etc.
Motivate the team to follow the sales process and review it at a regular interval
Hiring, retaining and development of sub-ordinates
Maintaining healthy relationships with third parties including financial institutions, Insurance companies, etc.
By reaching out to all mapped clients on a periodic basis and cross selling as many products as possible (as per the demographic, lifestyle and risk profiling)
Conduct risk profiling of all mapped clients for better advisory on investment needs
To motivate managers and team members with various contests and R&R initiatives
Regular monitoring of team performance and conducting regular team meeting & performance review programs to take necessary corrective measures
