Your background

10 years Client Service experience (preferably within an International / Domestic payment banking environment

Project management - industry certifications preferred

Knowledge of international file formats for both payments and reporting like (EDIFACT/XML, MT940, BAI2 ) is preferred Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills; Strong persuasion/ client management skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.

Ability to thrive on challenges, work in high pressured environment and meet tight deadlines.

Good project management skills with an Operational Excellence mindset

Takes personal ownership and accountability of the work assigned.

Ability to build strong client relationships along with a proactive approach.

What you will do

Work with India and Regional Team, Business Partners to manage the migration of core banking system with an Operational Excellence mindset:

Co-ordinate with internal business partners (e.g. Sales & Relationship Mangers, Product Managers, Technology partners, Compliance and Operations) on project requirements to ensure successful delivery of all the required products, services and system solutions

Manage the day to day requests (impacting F&S procedures) from the Project team.

Assess the client impact due to the migration of core banking system, channels and payment flow

Validation the flow of information to and fro from Client channels

Review the impact on Client reporting,MIS,alerts,notifications etc. and liaise with relevant stakeholders and team for the changes & client communications

Demonstrate attention to detail, team player, take end-to-end ownership and drive for results to grow the business, sustain intensity and optimism while focusing on the client & regulations

Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of the bank's client access products/services, payment and trade capabilities, internal operations and local regulatory requirements

Work with clients incase needed to explain them the changes they would need to make in the current file formats they are using for both payments and reporting perspective.
