About Our Team: The Corporate Functions Business Risk Team acts as a valued partner to the CFO and Global Human Resources businesses in the identification, assessment and mitigation of risk in effort to achieve risk excellence objectives. This role will provide an excellent opportunity for the candidate to gain solid understanding of the business units within the CFO organization and GHR, and to support the Business Risk Management Executive (BRME) efforts through involvement in the execution of Business Risk Management programs, design of strong internal control environment and mitigation of operational and compliance risk. Primary Job Responsibilities: Provide Risk and Control Advisory to Business Units within the Corporate Functions Review GTRA centrally and work with respective advisors Assists on gathering the Risk Insights for Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Lead/assist Process and Control Reviews and Control Certification activities Track, monitor and prepare the trend analysis on Issues, Incidents and Audit findings from timeliness standpoint. Collaborate with Policy Management team on control execution related to corporate policies and implementation of requirements. Assist Business Units with Business Impact Analysis Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, management, or a related field and minimum of 12+ years\' experience covering Business Risk Management, Risk identification and Assessment (Risk Excellence), Compliance and/or Audit. Eye for detail and analytical skills Risk identification and Assessment (Risk Excellence) Internal control environment and risk mitigation Stakeholder management and collaboration Independent decision-making capabilities Strong verbal and written communication Expectations: Experience in Risk Management and Compliance Attention to detail and dedication to the pursuit of data quality. Coordinate stakeholders across multiple locations and time zones. Provide direct support to projects and activities across Corporate Functions Assist with timely escalation any risk matters to BRE and the Leadership Analyze risk data, risk indicators and risk trends.
