Assistant Technical Manager Work Dynamics What this job involves Duties & responsibilities (a) Support the Chief Engineer/ Mechanical Lead in managing the Mechanical installations. (b) Responsible for preparation of critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturer\'s recommendations and plan for the inventory where the maintenance is carried out with in-house teams and through NCAMC. (c) Implement and oversee the pre-emptive maintenance programme to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment. (d) Assist the Chief Engineer / Mechanical Lead to review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations. (e) Maintain the logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all M & E installations. (f) Manage Downtime/ Breakdowns Maintain Incident tracker in the share point regularly. Report breakdowns to client and raise WO as a RM ticket. (g) Arrange for ad-hoc M&E set ups as per the client requirement from time to time. (h) Ensure the contractors follow the house rules at all times and the projects are handled with minimum inconvenience to the Client by meticulous planning. (i) Assume AFM responsibilities if need arises (j) Responsible to handle the shifts independently on all Engineering related matters (k) Reporting: Responsible for daily reporting on M & E to the Chief Engineer Generate Service maintenance reports on equipment Generate Inventory and Purchasing of spares and consumables Generate Downtime and breakdown incident reports. Sound like you To apply you need to have: Mastery in the field You should have earned a diploma or degree in engineering, ideally, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering. Having three to seven years of experience in facilities management will also prove indispensable. We\'ll also expect you to work as a part of a diverse team in both leadership and individual contributor expertise. Performance objectives AHU, HVAC architecture, Air compressors, STP/WTP, Office Building VRF, FCU, CDU, PAC Operation & Maintenance of Firefighting systems, Pre action systems, PHE system, external buildings, CPM, BMS controls and Irrigations system.
