In This Role, You Will:

  • Collaborate with Sales Training and Sales Operations to evaluate, implement, manage and optimize sales tools
  • Conduct activities to support frontline sales and sales management to ensure correct use and optimization of sales tools and technology.
  • Present findings and recommendations to Sales leadership to increase sales performance
  • Evaluate opportunities in the Sales Enablement organization and bring new ideas to the table.
  • Work with Sales Operations to pull sales data to inform programs as needed
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Management to ensure optimization of campaigns and partnerships.
Here\'s What You Need:
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, sales operations, or sales.
  • Comfortable working with and presenting to more senior staff and leadership, including building consensus and navigating disagreement
  • Strong team-building skills, passionate about development and a problem solving mindset
  • Good command of MS Excel; proficient in other Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Effective communication (i.e., written, verbal and presentation)
  • Experience in CRM suites like Salesforce
  • Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of sales systems and processes
Differentiating Skills
  • Using or supporting sales enablement technology implementations, like Salesloft, Chorus, Drift, Zoominfo and Sales Navigator
  • Excellent project management skills to drive project execution & manage stakeholder expectation
  • Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment
