Responsibilities Assist Lead Teachers in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom Observe and document children\'s progress and development Support children with basic needs such as feeding, toileting, and rest time Attend team meetings, professional development sessions, and other company events Requirements At least 1 year of experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about early childhood education and the development of young learners A team player who can work collaboratively in a diverse environment Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor with children, parents, and colleagues
