Job Title: Supervisor - Turf Construction & LandscapingWorking Hours:

8:30 AM to 7:00 PM

(Site-based, 6 days a week or as per project requirement)

Job Summary:

The Supervisor - Turf Construction & Landscaping is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing labour and materials, and ensuring that turf installation and landscaping works are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily turf construction and landscaping activities on site Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors, and equipment Ensure proper installation of artificial turf Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and company standards Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks to the site team Ensure materials, tools, and machinery are used efficiently and maintained properly Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations at the site Identify and resolve site issues, delays, or technical problems Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and progress updates Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients as required Ensure work is completed within the agreed timeline and budget
Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience in turf construction and landscaping supervision Knowledge of turf installation, landscaping techniques, irrigation, and ground preparation Ability to manage labor teams and work under site conditions Basic understanding of construction drawings and measurements Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Physically fit and willing to work long hours outdoors Diploma or certification in construction, landscaping, or a related field is an advantage
