r Recruiting, screening, and training new Broker Qualified Persons and guide them to recruit POS.
r Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
r Establishing strong relationships with Team and POS.
r Adhering statutory regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring team does the same.r r Skills Required :
r Good leadership and people skills.
r Excellent time management.
r Great networking abilities.
r Ability to work on different projects simultaneously.
r Experience Required - Min.1 Years of experience as Sales / Marketing (Relieving Letter / Resignation acceptance mail mandatory)
r Educational Qualification - Bachelors degree in any streams.
r Age - Not more than 38 yrs
