Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:

Developing sales plans, identifying new markets, setting goals, and analyzing market trends.

Client Relations:

Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners; conducting site visits.

Sales Execution:

Negotiating contracts, creating bespoke packages, generating proposals, and closing deals.

Collaboration:

Working with marketing, operations, and other departments to align sales with overall hotel goals and guest satisfaction.

Marketing & Promotion:

Attending industry events, using social media, and supporting promotional campaigns.

Reporting:

Generating sales reports and forecasts for management.
Essential Skills & Qualities

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Deep sales acumen and understanding of hospitality market trends. Customer service orientation to ensure client satisfaction. Analytical skills for data-driven decisions. Confidence, organization, and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
