Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets Support the sales team in generating new business leads and acquiring new customers Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales plans, including forecast and budget Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth Ensure the sales team is providing excellent customer service and meeting customer needs Train and mentor sales team members to improve their sales skills Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals for management Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders Proven experience in sales or a related field Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Salesforce CRM Negotiation Customer Relationship Management Business Development Team Management Sales Forecasting Market Analysis
