Job Responsibilities 1. Lead Management & Conversion ? Follow up on leads from telecallers, campaigns, digital channels, and referrals. ? Conduct in-depth discussions with prospects to understand their requirements. ? Handle assigned prospects efficiently, including initiating calls when required to understand needs and move them along the sales funnel. ? Match client needs with suitable inventory and offerings. 2. Sales Pitch & Closures ? Present the product effectively via in-person meetings or virtual presentations. ? Proactively reach out to prospects via calls or digital channels when needed to reinforce interest and drive decision-making. ? Highlight project USPs, investment returns, and differentiators. ? Manage the full sales cycle from site visit coordination to closure. 3. Client Servicing ? Address client queries, objections, and concerns promptly. ? Ensure clear communication regarding payment plans, documentation, and timelines. ? Maintain high post-visit and post-sale engagement to reduce drop-offs. 4. Site Visit Management ? Personally conduct or manage site visits for serious prospects. ? Ensure every site visit is logged, followed up, and driven toward closure.
