SCHEDULE A JOB DESCRIPTION ADDRESSEE: ASSISTANT MANAGER-SALE AND MARKETING GENERAL GUIDELINES AND SPECIFIC GUIDELINES GENERAL GUIDELINES
AS PROVIDED FOR BY THE GMV ITALY PROCEDURES N. S00041 V.1 TO BE REVIEWED EVERY YEAR OR WHENEVER NECESSARY TITLE: GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE MANAGER\xe2\x80\x99S FUNCTIONS GOAL # 1 Take care of and safeguard the economical, financial and political interests of the Company, within the own contractual status, level and competence in compliance with the applicable law. GOAL # 2 Ensure safeguard and efficiency of the Company assets and resources under the own control. GOAL # 3 Ensure enforcement of the rules and regulations concerning Safety, Industrial Cleanliness, and Environmental Protection and of all other external entities, whose activity directly affects the GMV technical and production system. GOAL # 4 Ensure compliance and application of the company rules and instructions included in the service orders, Organisation Charts, Function Description, Job descriptions, Service circulars, Inter functional & operational procedures, specifications and all other official documents issued by the authorized entities (Board, GMV Italy, GMV Group Management, Director \xe2\x80\x93 India Operations) GOAL # 5 Prepare Budgets and Rolling in terms of values (quantities / amounts) and Activities and have them approved by the own direct functional superiors. In case of disagreement between GMV Italy orders and local manager, GMV Italy has the priority to be fulfilled. Work within the scope of the approved Budgets and Rolling . Control achievement of results in comparison with the approved Budgets and Rolling. Examine, investigate and explain reasons of possible variances. Propose and activate the relevant corrections. Make appropriate reporting of the achieved results to the own direct superior. GOAL # 6 Plan the weekly work, assign it to the subordinate personnel and prepare reporting of the activities and work carried out. 21 GOAL # 7 Manage the subordinate personnel by setting the relevant jobs, by ensuring a very high motivation, by increasing their knowledge and their professional abilities and by obtaining internal cooperation and effective relations. GOAL # 8 Propose ideas, actions Organisation and technical solutions in order to optimize the perfect running of own function and responsibility. Define plans to realize these ideas and actions. Cooperate to realize the already approved ones. GOAL # 9 Keep oneself constantly update in relation to developments and progresses of the necessary techniques, systems, method and rules, in order to professionally carry out the assigned tasks and constantly improve the results. GOAL # 10 Keep good working relations with all the other company functions and cooperate to achievement of the Company general goals, acting under the point of view of \xe2\x80\x9cCustomer \xe2\x80\x93 Supplier\xe2\x80\x9d. GOAL # 11 The Employee shall report to the \xe2\x80\x9cDirector \xe2\x80\x93 India Operations\xe2\x80\x9d regarding the day to day sales and marketing activities of the Company and shall be responsible to bring to the notice of the \xe2\x80\x9cDirector \xe2\x80\x93 India Operation\xe2\x80\x9d all matters that employee is aware of and which she ought to know by virtue of her responsibilities and duties. WAY Apply the general Goals to the typical working activities of the functions of the assigned tasks and have subordinate personnel comply with them. MEASURE Working behaviour and results to comply with the above mentioned Goals. SPECIFIC GUIDELINES
TO BE REVIEWED EVERY 6 MONTHS TITLE: JOB DESCRIPTION AND GOALS TO BE ACHIEVED REPORTING / MANAGING OPERATIONS GOAL # 1 The Employee shall carry out her duties and obligations under the Employment Agreement subject to approval by the \xe2\x80\x9cDirector \xe2\x80\x93 India Operations\xe2\x80\x9d or any other person as may be indicated by the Company to the Employee from time to time. GOAL # 2 The Employee shall cooperate with the \xe2\x80\x9cDirector \xe2\x80\x93 India Operations\xe2\x80\x9d and any other person appointed by the Company and the GMV Group Marketing Headquarters to suggest appropriate strategies and actions to implement the sales and marketing goals provided for by the Company\xe2\x80\x99s budgets and forecasts. GOAL # 3 With the support of the \xe2\x80\x9cDirector \xe2\x80\x93 India Operations\xe2\x80\x9d, the Employee shall arrange the sales and Marketing Office and manage the subordinate Employee who will form part of the Office in order to achieve the goals provided for by the Budget. MEASURE Assign and control on a weekly basis according to GMV procedures. GOAL # 4 The Employee shall ensue to achieve the assigned results in full compliance with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s policy, procedures and processes as establish within the GMV Group with 22 reference to: - Prices, discounts, quantities as stated in the yearly budget; - Standard offers, acceptance of orders, delivery times, payments, shipment GOAL # 5 Ensure appropriate reporting to the director or/and GMV Italy in accordance with Group policy within the due dates. IMPORTANT NOTICE : this is MANDATORY since GMV Italy has the priority on local director\xe2\x80\x99s requests. BUDGET GOAL # 6 Firstly responsible to send enquiries in form of quotation to all clients. Sending quotation must be done in GMV Format only. Keep all records of Quotes send on Weekly basis. All the Enquiries punch in CRM It is also responsibility of employee to generate Enquiries for Complete lift business. WAY # 1 Establish a customer\xe2\x80\x99s \xe2\x80\x98 Data Base according to the GMV Italy instruction and procedures with the necessary data and information regarding credit reliability, types of products actually purchased, volume of purchased, potential sale value organized by products type. WAY #2 Making the whole marketing process, telephone calls, visits, follow-up of contacts, etc. following GMV procedures. WAY # 3 Obtain offers and / or orders for each action. WAY # 4 Report the results on a daily basis. MEASURE 6.1 Budget, Rolling and Reporting activities and results of telephone calls, visits, etc. reaching the sales target in the frame of the approved budget 6.2 Weekly reporting of numbers of offers and orders issued, reaching the marketing Target in the approved budget. 6.3 Redemption rate of offers in accordance with the approved Budget / Rolling. GOAL # 7 Ensure that Approved NOI is send to Operation. Ensure to take Order Confirmation from GMV India Head. WAY Keep up to date database of orders, oc and pending orders for monthly reporting. MEASURE OC\xe2\x80\x99s received by operation/ OCs sent to clients must be recorded and submitted on Daily Basis. 23 GOAL # 8 Monitoring of competition activity by taking final payment before delivery by the clients. And then give Delivery Confirmation to Head Operations. Communicate with OPERATION on timely basis for CLIENT\xe2\x80\x99S DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS. WAY Keep up to date database of payment receipts, And DALIY DISPATCH PLANNING. MEASURE Always have updated information on competitors\xe2\x80\x99 prices and marketing / commercial strategies. GOAL # 9 CREDIT CONTROL: To do Follow up\xe2\x80\x99s for the OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS. NEWSLETTERS: Send NEWSLETTERS to all clients in every 45 -60 days frequency. WAY Keep up to date database of CERDIT STATUS, PAYMENT FOLLOWUPS, and CLIENTS FEEDBACK. MEASURE Always Have update information on Competitors\xe2\x80\x99 Prices and Marketing / Commercial Strategies. 24 Job Type: Full-time Salary: 940,000.00 - 950,000.00 per month Benefits:
