Job Description
: As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to the upper management. Help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. To reach organizational sales goals, must work with fellow sales officers, other colleagues, and upper-level managers. Being a sales officer, you must stay up to date. Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales target every month
- Expands and retain company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of tele sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the reporting manager
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
