A leading OEM in the business of Heavy Equipment is looking for suitable candidate in the role of Assistant Sales Manager at their factory located in Navi Mumbai Reporting : Sales Head Job Profile : 1. Sales strategies and action plans to Achieve sales targets 2. Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare and analyze sales reports to track progress 3. Strengthen the relationship with existing customers to increase the sales 4. Business development and sales activities of the entire product basket 5. Competitor activities - to monitor and provide feedback. 6. Conduct business development activities, generate new leads, sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and customer conversions. 7. Mapping potential Customers to generate sales leads through various sources. 8. Understand the customer requirements, respond to commercial and technical queries from customers. 9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product improvement/development. 10. Study and understand the focus customers applications, existing competitor products / models, pain areas of customers and suggest product and solutions. 11. Prepare Proposals / quotations, present Machinery catalogue and services, negotiate with customers, benchmark with competitor products and close the order. 12. Identify the marketing platforms like exhibitions, seminar, product and corporate presentations, new product launch and technical support. Educational Qualification : Any Engineering Candidate preferably Mechanical from recognized university Experience : 3-5 year sales experience in Industrial equipment or OEM Sales Age Limit : 45 years maximum Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9700,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9900,000.00 per year Benefits:
