Job Description

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Sales Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and exploring new business opportunities for our industrial safety products. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in selling industrial safety products and a proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to meet sales targets and identify new business prospects for our industrial safety products.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and explore new business opportunities.
• Participate in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and trade shows to promote our products and services.
• Prepare sales reports, projections, and other relevant sales documents.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product delivery.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior sales staff to enhance their sales skills and deepen their knowledge of our products and services.

Requirements:

• Hold a bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales of industrial safety products.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Have proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales-related software.
• Be willing to travel as needed to meet customers and attend trade shows.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 940,000.00 - 960,000.00 per month Benefits:
