Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our team and assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and exploring new business opportunities for our line of industrial safety products. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in selling industrial safety products and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to meet sales targets and identify new business prospects for our industrial safety products.
• Foster long-term relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and discover new business opportunities.
• Attend sales presentations, product demonstrations, and trade shows to promote our products and services.
• Prepare sales reports, projections, and other relevant sales documents.
• Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product delivery.
• Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance their sales skills and deepen their knowledge of our products and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales of industrial safety products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales-related software.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet customers and attend trade shows.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 940,000.00 - 960,000.00 per month Benefits:
