Prospecting & Lead Generation

: Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, networking, and market research.

Client Engagement

: Conducting in-person or virtual meetings, presenting products, and providing tailored solutions.

Sales Process

: Negotiating contracts, preparing quotes, handling inquiries, and closing sales to meet targets.

Account Management

: Nurturing existing client relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring satisfaction.

Reporting

: Tracking sales activities, updating CRM systems, and reporting performance to management.

Market Awareness

: Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
