Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients in BFSI, FinTech, Retail, D2C, and other enterprise sectors.
Pitch TrustSignal's CPaaS solutions (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Email, Voice) to decision-makers (CMOs, CTOs, Marketing Heads).
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams (KAM, Tech, Operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and achieve assigned targets.
Stay updated on CPaaS market trends, competitors, and client needs.
Represent TrustSignal at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
