Job Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the sales and marketing efforts of electrical items, including switches, MCBs, contactors, and switchgear products. Your experience in the industry and knowledge of electrical products will contribute to the achievement of our sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to promote electrical items such as switches, MCBs, contactors, and switchgear products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and potential markets for electrical products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers to ensure successful sales and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors in the electrical industry.
• Support the preparation and delivery of sales presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Senior Sales Manager and team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Analyze sales data and marketing results to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an MBA in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in selling and marketing electrical items, with a focus on switches, MCBs, contactors, and switchgear products.
• Strong knowledge of the electrical industry, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with electrical product specifications and industry standards.
