Assistant Sales Manager Location - CalicutSalary - 30,000 to 35000 + IncentivesIndustry - AutomobileEducation - Any GraduationExperience - Minimum 4 years in luxury auto and should be 2 years in similar role.key AccountabilitiesAssists in directing and scheduling the activities of all department employees, ensuring proper staffing also.Assists in developing the sales department budget and minimizing expense.Assistant in development of improvement programs for salespeople.Ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed by salespeople.Assists salespeople in closing deals when necessary.Shares responsibility with the sales manager for planning and leading sales meetings.Attends manager meetings as requested.Maintain professional appearance.Job Type: Full-timePay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per monthSchedule:
