Job Responsibilities
- We are looking for a confident Assistant Manager- Real-estate sales.
- Must have at least 1 to 2 yrs. of experience in Real estate.
- To follow the day plan provided by DSM & Ensuring proper follow ups with the clients and closing managers.
- Candidate should be target oriented and must have convincing skills.
- Maintain constant communication with the developers closing team and client for closure of sale.
- Ensuring proper knowledge of the projects and type of inventories.
- Registration of leads to developers and making sure that there is no poaching.
- Email registration of leads.
- To maintain & update lead tracker on daily basis.
- To Follow the company process.
Any degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Extensive experience for client handling & getting leads registered for site visits.
- Exhibit strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Well-versed about the real-estate process.
- Sound business acumen and attention to details.
1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience.
- Proven experience in real estate sales.
- Familiarity with the process of sourcing CP.
- Knowledge of maintaining lead trackers and follow ups.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills.
