Roles and Responsibilities : Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation. Seek new customers and increase sales. Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents/IMs - Identify, recruit and manage. Agents/IMs from the respective region. Train and motivate Agents/IMs to provide a better understanding of market/products. Monitor and review Agents/IMs performance. Help them achieve maximum business. Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards. Candidate Requirement : Age: 22 to 37 Yrs. Graduation in Any Stream. Mini. 2 Years in sales and Marketing. Attractive Personality and good communication skills. One who ready for challenges. Candidate have stay in current location for more than 3 years.
