Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager at M1 Homes in Bengaluru. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales management. This includes liaising with potential buyers, providing information and guidance about properties, organizing property visits, negotiating sales agreements, and maintaining customer relationships. The Assistant Sales Manager will work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build and maintain customer relationships Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends Sales and negotiation skills Organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field Previous experience in sales or real estate is a plus 2 years experience.
