Job Location: Pirana, Ahmedabad Job Summary A sales specialist tries to strengthen PressureJet\'s position in the market and boost its revenue. Their responsibility is to collaborate with internal teams, marketing personnel, and other management to expand sales opportunities and consequently boost income for the company. This individual needs to be excellent in strategic planning & and device strategies to achieve the desired goals. This person needs to be self-driven, goal-oriented & and passionate to achieve the desired goals. A Sales specialist also assists in maintaining the satisfaction and goodwill of current clients. This position plays a critical role in achieving sales targets and establishing the company as a leader in the global market for high-quality high-pressure reciprocating plunger pumps. Responsibility: Seek and develop new businesses to achieve individual sales objectives Assess the needs of the client to provide the best value for the money Meet customers and present the qualities of product/organization Handle customer objections and close the deal successfully Coordinate with the internal team for customer satisfaction Conduct market research for business prospects and competitors Assist to develop and execute effective sales strategies Assist in developing high high-performing sales team Conduct the entire selling process to meet the desired sales goal Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, such as mechanical engineering, production engineering, or instrumentation and controls, or a related field. Candidates with a master of business administration in addition to an engineering degree are given preference. Proven performance in B2B sales, ideally in the rotating equipment, industrial machinery, or manufacturing industries. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex product features and application specifications. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presenting skills, as well as the ability to build rapport and leave an excellent impact on clients.
