About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Assistant Retail Head from the jewellery industry to oversee retail operations across multiple stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining brand standards, and managing a large retail team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end retail operations across all stores.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and execute effective retail strategies to boost profitability.
Lead, train, and motivate store managers and sales teams.
Ensure adherence to visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
Monitor stock levels, product movement, and replenishment planning.
Implement strong customer relationship management practices.
Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with senior management for pricing, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Maintain operational excellence and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Retail, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in retail management within the jewellery sector (mandatory).
Proven track record of handling multiple stores and large teams.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of retail sales, inventory management, and customer engagement.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and POS software.
