To plan and carry out operations of the store, so as to maintain smooth functioning of the store with focus on revenue generation, upgradation by maintaining high standards, in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Controls day-to-day operations by scheduling manpower, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team
Controls profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor and taking appropriate actions
Ensures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance program
Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment from our guest\xe2\x80\x99s viewpoint.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance within the 1441 Pizzeria\'s Standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience leading a team in Restaurants/Food & Beverage/Hospitality
Should have worked as an Assistant Restaurant Manager for minimum 2 years
Pleasant Personality & well-groomed
Good communication skills strong command over English language
Should have experience in using MS office for 2+ years
Average duration worked for past employers should be minimum 2 years
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
