Key Responsibilities:1. Operations Support
Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning.
Ensure food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and hygiene are consistently maintained.
Coordinate between kitchen and service teams for seamless service delivery.
2. Team Management
Supervise, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high performance and team morale.
Assist with staff scheduling, shift management, and performance monitoring.
Address staff issues and escalate concerns to the Restaurant Manager if needed.
3. Guest Experience
Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints promptly.
Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements for enhancing the guest experience.
Maintain a customer-focused environment with a hands-on leadership style.
4. Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Support in maintaining compliance with local laws, licenses, and company policies.
5. Sales & Promotions
Support the implementation of sales strategies, promotions, and upselling initiatives.
Assist in achieving revenue and profitability targets set by the management.
Collaborate in organizing in-house events or special dining experiences.
6. Inventory & Cost Control
Monitor inventory levels and assist with procurement as needed.
Reduce wastage and support cost-control initiatives.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
4-5 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment, with at least 3 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first mindset.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
