Support staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline
Train and guide team members on service and SOPs
Motivate staff to achieve performance targets
Customer Service
Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolution
Ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
Inventory & Cost Control
Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies
Control food wastage and operational costs
Assist in daily sales reconciliation and cash handling
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to FSSAI, hygiene, and safety standards
Follow company policies and audit requirements
Reporting
Assist in preparing daily reports, sales summaries, and MIS
Share updates with the Restaurant Manager
