Roles & Responsibilities



Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations (opening, shift management, closing). Ensure smooth service flow during peak hours. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards as per FSSAI norms. Ensure all equipment is functioning and coordinate repairs when needed. Assist in staff scheduling and ensuring adequate shift coverage. Train new employees on service standards, and restaurant policies. Supervise staff performance and provide feedback. Handle staff conflicts and maintain team discipline. Greet and interact with customers; ensure a great dining experience. Handle customer complaints professionally and provide resolutions. Monitor service quality across all tables. Build relationships with regular customers to increase loyalty. Execute restaurant promotions, festival menus, or combo offers. Gather customer feedback for improvements. Manage last-minute staff shortages or operational issues. Handle sudden rush, system breakdowns, or vendor delays. Support in emergency safety procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
