Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service.
Supervise staff during shifts, ensuring standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation are met.
Handle guest reservations, seating, and table management efficiently.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
2. Staff Supervision & Training
Supervise, guide, and motivate restaurant team members to deliver excellent customer service.
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new staff.
Conduct daily briefings and communicate service expectations.
Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
3. Guest Service & Experience
Greet guests warmly and address their needs promptly.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
Monitor service quality and maintain a welcoming environment.
4. Financial & Inventory Control
Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and meeting revenue targets.
Monitor food and beverage stock levels, place orders, and minimize wastage.
Assist with daily cash handling and reconciliation.
5. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate between kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order delivery.
Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and other departments as required.
Support the Restaurant Manager in implementing promotional activities and special events.
6. Reporting & Administration
Maintain records of sales, staff schedules, and inventory.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on operations, sales, and expenses.
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
