Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM)

Reports To: Restaurant Manager

Job Summary: The Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) at Earth Cafe supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, team management, and guest satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, operational knowledge, and the ability to handle responsibilities independently in the manager's absence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and shift planning

Supervise front-of-house and coordinate with back-of-house teams

Ensure exceptional guest experience and resolve complaints effectively

Monitor service quality, hygiene, and grooming standards

Support staff training, performance monitoring, and discipline

Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and FSSAI guidelines

Assist with inventory control, vendor coordination, and cost management

Handle billing, cash control, and closing procedures as required

Step in as acting Restaurant Manager when required .

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in restaurant operations or a similar role

Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills

Sound knowledge of food & beverage service and restaurant SOPs

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
