Assist in managing restaurant operations efficiently to ensure high guest satisfaction.
Supervise, train, and motivate service staff to maintain service standards.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service flow.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
Monitor inventory, requisitions, and control costs to achieve profitability.
Assist in planning and executing promotions, events, and special menus.
Prepare duty rosters and ensure proper staff deployment.
Conduct daily briefings and ensure staff follow grooming and service SOPs.
Ensure compliance with brand and statutory requirements.
