Assist the F & B Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, guest service, and shift management.
Ensure the highest standards of food and beverage service are consistently maintained.
Supervise daily restaurant activities including opening and closing procedures, table setup, and cleanliness.
Monitor staff performance, grooming, and conduct; provide training and feedback to maintain service excellence.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
Monitor inventory levels of restaurant supplies and assist in ordering and cost control.
Support in preparing duty rosters, maintaining attendance, and scheduling shifts effectively.
Ensure compliance with all hygiene, health, and safety regulations (HACCP, FSSAI, etc.).
Assist in achieving revenue targets by upselling menu items and promoting special offers.
Conduct daily briefings and communicate relevant operational updates to the team.
Maintain records of sales, guest feedback, and operational reports for management review
