Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising all restaurant operations.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and quality control.
Monitor guest feedback and handle complaints promptly and professionally.
Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain service excellence.
Assist in scheduling staff shifts and monitoring attendance and performance.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards (FSSAI & HACCP).
Support in managing restaurant inventory, requisitions, and cost control.
Coordinate with the kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments for smooth operations.
Assist in menu planning, promotions, and special event coordination.
Ensure all billing and cash handling procedures are followed accurately.
Maintain proper documentation and daily reports for management review.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B Service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Knowledge of service standards, food & beverage trends, and guest handling techniques.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
