Job Description
Assistant Restaurant Manager Duties:
- Maintain a positive and progressive team atmosphere
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Ensure that food is served and presented according to company standards and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Be responsible for preparing reports, schedules, and budgets
- Requires frequent contact with other employees, management, and customers
- Assist with hiring and training employees
- Maintain inventory control
- Ensure that staff adheres to company policies and procedures, as well as, state regulations
- Assist in managing daily operations in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform daily opening and closing duties
- Execute daily ordering as needed
- Accurately complete all accounting functions
- Provide accurate food and beverage and credit card sales information
- Assist with human resources functions as necessary
- Assist with administrative duties
- Report to General Manager when requested
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to consistently perform in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Salary-25000-35000+Service charge
