Ensure smooth food and beverage service
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
Ensure timely setup and clearance of tables
3. Hygiene & Safety
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, pantry, and service stations
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed
Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations
4. Inventory & Equipment Control
Monitor use of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and linen
Prevent breakage and loss of equipment
Assist in stock checking and requisitions
5. Guest Satisfaction
Ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction
Attend VIP guests and special service needs
Report feedback to supervisors or managers
6. Reporting & Coordination
Report daily operations to the supervisor or manager
Communicate issues related to staff, service, or equipment
Support management in implementing SOPs
