Qualifications And Skills Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in a restaurant industry Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation, quality control, and hygiene standards Excellent leadership and management skills Ability to train and motivate a team Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of key performance indicators and ability to analyze data Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management or relevant field (preferred) Roles And Responsibilities Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the overall operations of the restaurant Supervise and train restaurant staff to maintain high-quality standards Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints Monitor and manage key performance indicators, such as sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain proper stock levels Assist in recruiting, hiring, and scheduling staff members Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Handle any other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager
