Assistant Restaurant Manager
Job Description

A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor.Roles and Responsibilities1. Handling queries of clients over calls and WhatsApp2. Converting leads into sales and relaying them to the operations team3. Acting as a liaison between the design team, baking team, and dispatch team4. Tracking sales with data management5. Managing and closing sales single-handedly6. Handling premium clients who are ordering top products7. Working on digital marketing and promoting various productsDesired Candidate Profile
- Candidate should be well versed in english and should be able to communicate with clients on WhatsApp and call in English
- At least 2-3 years' of full-service restaurant management
- Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Salary: ~2.5-3.0 Lacs per Annumn
