Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day outlet operations
Supervise staff, shifts, and service standards
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and brand SOPs
Handle customer complaints and service recovery
Monitor inventory, cash, and wastage control
Support sales targets and operational efficiency
Requirements:
1-4 years experience in QSR/restaurant operations
Strong team management and customer handling skills
Knowledge of food safety and SOP compliance
Willingness to work shifts and weekends
