Job Description


Job Summary: The Assistant Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the company\'s products and services meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of quality, reliability, and performance. They lead and manage the QC team on the production line to improve operational efficiency, optimize processes, and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement quality management systems and policies across the organization to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations. 2. Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis, problem-solving, and corrective action planning to address quality issues and improve processes. 3. Monitor and measure key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of quality programs and continuous improvement initiatives. 4. Conduct regular audits of internal processes to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address identified gaps. 5. Manage and coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards. 6. Develop and deliver training programs to increase awareness and understanding of quality management systems and continuous improvement principles across the organization. 7. Collaborate with suppliers and customers to establish and maintain effective quality partnerships and communication channels. 8. Lead and manage the continuous improvement team and develop strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs. 9. Provide regular updates and reports on quality metrics and continuous improvement initiatives to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications: 10. Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, quality management, or related field. Master\'s degree preferred. 11. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, continuous improvement, or related field. 12. Strong leadership skills and experience leading cross-functional teams. 13. Experience in developing and implementing quality management systems and policies. 14. Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in root cause analysis and corrective action planning. 15. Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and performance measurement. 16. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to a variety of stakeholders. 17. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and standards, such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing. 18. Strong project management skills and experience in leading continuous improvement projects.
