Help the Purchase Manager in daily procurement activities.
Collect and compare quotations from different vendors.
Prepare purchase orders and get necessary approvals.
Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
Check received goods for quality and quantity before acceptance.
Coordinate with the accounts team for payment processing.
Maintain proper stock levels by monitoring inventory.
Assist in identifying reliable and cost-effective suppliers.
Handle documentation related to purchase, delivery notes, and invoices.
Ensure all purchases are made as per company policy.
