Job Description

The position will be responsible to ensure QAQC adherence at a large high rise mixed use development project at Noida Will be responsible of quality inspection of works at site, verifying the quality and standards of work, material inspection and checking. Reporting quality observations, snags , NCR\'s etc. along with recording all the information. Support Quality Manager in achieving the deliverables, targets, reporting preparing MIS etc Inspection of quality of work at project site. Review of Method statements and other quality documents. Maintaining of all the quality check records and documentation. Inspection and check of all materials at site. Preparing quality report , maintaining trackers etc. Recording quality observation, snags , Noncompliance etc. Review of Root cause statement, corrective, preventive and defect actions. Review of documents and preparation of documents as per requirement. Environment Policy Should adhere to the company\'s global environmental policy Qualifications Education - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech (Civil) Candidate should have relevant experience of working preferably for a construction base build projects , having a Diploma/ graduate degree with excellent technical skills. 6-8 plus years work experience with demonstrated career growth graph Preferably Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint , Microsoft Projects The person required should be well versed with the construction cycle , design coordination , construction management ,Quality Management, stakeholder management and Handover procedures Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
