Eligibility Criteria (As per AICTE Norms):
Master's degree in Commerce / Management with minimum 55-60% marks
NET / SET / Ph.D. preferred (as per AICTE norms)
Graduation in relevant discipline is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a recognized institute is compulsory
Roles & Responsibilities:
Teaching UG/PG courses in Commerce and Management
Academic planning, curriculum delivery, and student mentoring
Assisting in research, projects, and institutional activities
Supporting accreditation, audits, and academic development
Salary:
?40,000 - ?80,000 per month (based on experience, qualification, and interview performance)
