Manage all aspects of the bakery outlet store, including staff, inventory, and customer service. Train, motivate, and supervise store employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals. Ensure the store is properly staffed at all times and create employee schedules. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. Maintain accurate inventory levels, place orders for bakery products, and handle deliveries. Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to customers. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively. Implement marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers. Monitor and adhere to health and safety regulations and food quality standards. Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide regular updates to management. Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure products are fresh, properly displayed, and meet quality standards. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitors to make informed business decisions. salary:10000 to 150000
