We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to join our fast-
paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) marketing team. This role demands a strong grasp of
brand marketing, product innovation, digital engagement, and on-ground activation. The ideal
candidate will support end-of-the-end marketing initiatives, from ideating new products to
executing influence campaigns and coordinating exciting in-store and city-level events.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand & Campaign Management
? Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness,
customer engagement, and sales.
? Ensure brand consistency across all channels and marketing materials.
? Coordinate with creative and media agencies for timely campaign execution.
2. New Product Development (NPD)
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, operations, supply chain) to support the ideation,
positioning, and launch of new menu items.
? Conduct competitor benchmarking and consumer trend analysis to inform product innovation.
? Assist in packaging, naming, pricing strategy, and go-to-market planning for new products.
3. Influencer & Partnership Marketing
? Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, food bloggers, and content creators to
promote the brand and campaigns.
? Manage influencer briefs, contracts, timelines, and content approvals.
? Track and evaluate influencer campaign performance and ROI.
4. Event & Activation Management
? Plan and execute in-store marketing activities, store opening promotions, and themed
activations.
? Organize city-wide events, food festivals, sampling drives, or collaborations to boost local
visibility.
? Coordinate with vendors, event agencies, and operations teams for flawless execution.
5. POS & In-store Promotions
? Design and implement promotional strategies and merchandising at the outlet level.
? Ensure accurate and timely rollout of marketing materials such as menu boards, tent cards,
signage, and window displays.
6. Market Research & Consumer Insights
? Conduct market research, focus groups, and customer surveys to gather feedback on
campaigns and products.
? Analyse sales and behavioural data to inform future marketing strategy.
7. Budget & Reporting
? Assist in tracking marketing budgets, PO processing, and vendor payments.
? Compile campaign reports, track KPIs, and prepare post-activity analyses.
